Bella Vista at Meadowmont Village Center is an approximately 150,000 SF mixed-use building consisting of approximately 100,000 SF of Class-A office space, 45,000 SF of for-sale condominium units (30-35 units) and 5,000 SF of ground-level retail with underground parking. The project will require rezoning and a modification to the existing Master Land Use Plan and Special Use Permit. Construction is slated to commence in Q3 2021, with a certificate of occupancy being issued in approximately Q1 2023.
